Permits and controlled parking
All parking bays throughout Chobham Manor are exclusively for residents that have a parking allocation with their property. Vehicles parking in these bays must be parked wholly within the confines of a marked bay displaying the corresponding resident parking permit at all times. If your home includes a controlled parking bay you will be provided with a parking permit for your allocated bay from either the London Borough of Newham or PCM UK Ltd (Parking Control Management UK Ltd).
All permits have been supplied directly to your managing agents, L&Q Housing. If you have not received this or you have any permit enquiries moving forward then please contact our permit department immediately.
Additional parking permits are available but can only be used in your controlled bay.

Should your bay be unavailable for any reason then please find alternative parking. At no time park in a bay that does not correspond with your permit or in an area not designated for parking – please see enforcement signage throughout.
Controlled parking
If your controlled parking bay is located in the blue area you will need to display a London Borough of Newham Borough Council parking permit. If it is in the red area, you will need to display a Parking Control Management UK Ltd (PCM UK LTD) permit.

Cycle storage and electric vehicle charging
Secure cycle storage is provided for all homes (typically storage for 2 bicycles for home). The secure cycle storage is located below the park view apartments. Electric vehicle charging points are also provided to garages and in specific street locations to support the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicles.
